Refund policy
We accept returns on all unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on products once they have been opened or used. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchanged for another product.
Gift cards and opened products are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, contact our Customer Care team by emailing fetch@tobyandcoty.com and include your Order Confirmation Number and reason for returning the product. An RMA number will be provided by the Customer Care team and is required to process your return. Once the product has been mailed back to our warehouse, please inform us at fetch@tobyandcoty.com to provide your return tracking information so that we can begin to process your refund or replacement order, depending on the situation.
Returns will not be accepted by our warehouse unless accompanied by an RMA number from our Customer Care Team.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged from customer mis-use, or missing parts for reasons outside of Toby & Coty's control are exempt from being returned.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase is exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is shipped , it is your responsibility to contact us for verification and confirmation. We will then process the applicable refund amount.Â
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, which will appear within 4-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may take several days to process once Toby & Coty has verified shipment of the returned item. Be sure to review the original payment amount for the difference of your refund.Â

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the relative sale price.Â

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, send us an email at fetch@toby&coty.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and return to our fulfillment center for inspection. Please include your order ID, lot # (located on the bottom of each jar), and photos of any damages (if applicable).Â

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at fetch@tobyandcoty.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will provide an RMA number to include with your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will send you a reference number or tracking url and if you are ever in need of your shipping status, please contact us at fetch@tobyandcoty.com.
